Q1. Whats the best way to get fit?

The best way to get fit is with a combination of HIIT training with weights. EA bootcamps provide a combination of HIIT with sprints and resistance exercises utilising Viper Tubes and TRX as well as other top notch equipment.The personal training option also builds strength and muscle tone quickly and effectively to really boost fitness levels. Q2. What type of results can I expect from the bootcamp?

Typical results from our Chute-Campers range from 5 to 15 kilos lost in 20 - 30 sessions. It is important to note that following the Elite Aesthetics diet is pivotal to achieving massive losses in body fat. We also encourage the women in our group to not follow the scales rather go by the fit of their clothes or tape-measure as muscle is heavier than fat and with muscle-growth comes a fantastic “calorie burn” which is burning your fat while you eat, sleep and sit at your desk during the day. Bonus!

Q7. I previously had an injury, can I still do bootcamp.

For any injuries we first suggest seeing a medical professional before starting a new training programme. If they give you the all clear, please let your trainer know about your particular injury so they can provide alternative exercises in the session where necessary.

The members area is exclusive to our Elite members. If you join any of our class or PT packages you will be given full access.
